| Our servers seem to be offline. We are contacting the datacenter to try to find out what the problem is. *Update* 17:20 Hrs There appears to be a problem with the network switch on our rack, it is being worked on at this time. *Update* 17:55 Hrs The network switch has been replaced, however this initial problem may have damaged the server hardware. We are currently trying to reboot the server. *Update* 18:01 Hrs All servers should now be back online. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. |

| We will be carrying out an upgrade to Web Builder Plus at 22:00 on Tuesday 21st October, we expect the upgrade to take two hours. While this upgrade is taking place your website will be online as normal but you will not be able to publish or update your website from Web Builder Plus. |
