Whilst our servers and network are monitored 24/7, our support ticket service operates during the following hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 22:30. Tickets are normally replied to within 1 hour. Tickets submitted outside of these times will be dealt with as soon as support is available. On Weekends and Bank Holidays we run a reduced support ticket service, most tickets will be replied to on the same day they are submitted. If you have a service related issue, please remember to check our System Status page. There is also the support database accessible via the 'Help' link in your Hosting Control Panel, You should raise a Support Ticket if required through the website of the service you are subscribed to: |
